The Healthy Heart Meals Program
For Mom! Mobile Meals by Londyn & Lauryn
For Mom! Mobile Meals service was created with Keisha’s daughters Londyn and Lauryn. It is very dear to our hearts, as is heart and cardiovascular disease prevention through nutrition! That is why these services’ aim is to fill the healthy ‘food gap’ in many children’s lives and help remove the barriers families face in accessing heart health-conscious foods.
The For Mom! Mobile Meals service is available to all school aged children on weekends, and during the summer months. And in the near future, we plan to extend the service to include after-school.
From Keisha’s Heart to Yours staff and volunteers will visit metro Detroit parks, schools, and youth-service organizations with tasty nutritious vegan & vegetarian meals, snacks, and alkaline-based food samples.

Keisha's Heart Hero Scholarship Program
The future success of heart and cardiovascular disease patients lives in the hands of specialist surgeons, doctors, and nursing staff. Without them, adequate care could not be provided, and advancement in care provision would never be reached.
From Keisha’s Heart to Yours is passionate about supporting heart and cardiovascular disease professionals. In response, we are honored to announce: The Keisha’s Heart Hero Scholarship Program!
The program has been created to assist vascular & cardiac surgeon, cardiologist, and cardiac nurse students to attain their medical degree(s). The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and the students’ completion of one semester (a minimum of 8-hours per week) of volunteer work with our organization. The scholarship is open to students who wish to enrol, have enrolled, or have already commenced their course study.
Keisha's Pour My Heart in Community Garden
At the heart of our organization is our community. We will always extend our hand in support of our community, as well as our members. And we also believe that prevention is the key to healthy hearts! That is why we have created the Keisha’s Pour My Heart in Community Garden.
The garden is responsible for producing a substantial quantity of the fruits and vegetables required to fulfil our Healthy Hearts Meals Program. But that is not all – a fresh fruit & veg market stall will be held monthly, and the garden will be open to the community – we would love everyone to come and be involved.
